Job Description
The School are looking for a committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education and dedicated to enhancing the pupil's learning experience. You will work independently to support the student, leveraging your experience with ADHD and strong behavioural management skills.
In this role, you will collaborate with staff to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people. Your ability to form positive relationships and effectively manage behaviour will be crucial in creating a supportive learning environment

About the Role:
• Primary 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant – ADHD and MLD
• Key Stage 1
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
• Previous SEND experience, ideally with ADHD and MLD
• Ability to form strong, positive relationships
• Strong behaviour management skills
