About the area The Oral Health Centre of Western Australia (OHCWA) is part of the UWA Dental School and provides specialist treatment to eligible patients through the Department of Health. The Centre also supports dental students by offering clinical training opportunities in a professional healthcare setting. About the opportunity Supervise Dental Clinic Assistants (DCA) across undergraduate, general, and specialist clinics. Ensure clinical requirements are met efficiently by liaising with academic and clinical staff. Maintain equipment, materials, and patient management systems to support clinic operations. About you Certificate IV in Dental Assisting or a recognised equivalent qualification. Extensive experience as a Dental Clinic Assistant in a clinical setting. Proven supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to manage clinic staff effectively. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students, staff, and patients. Strong organisational skills and the ability to use initiative in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and clinical related documentation. Special Requirements Current First Aid Certificate.
