Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bike Sales Manager at JUDD RACING (NOTTINGHAM) LIMITED. As our Bike Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our motorcycle sales department. You'll inspire and motivate a passionate sales team to exceed targets, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all our world-class franchises.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across all brands.
· Target Achievement: Drive performance through goal setting, monitoring KPIs, and delivering on ambitious sales targets.
· Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer journey, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
· Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, showroom presentation, and product availability to optimize sales opportunities.
· Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
· Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management with clear strategies for growth.
About You:
· Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Manager role within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
