Job Title: Interim Support Manager
Contract Duration: 8 week Contract
Salary: Up to £300 per day.
Location: Sheffield.
We are currently working with a National care provider who is looking for an Interim Support Manager for one of their Residential Homes in Sheffield.
This is a great opportunity to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operation of the service and to deputise in their absence. You will be responsible for leading the care team, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of all residents.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience:
1. Experience within a similar role or managing a team.
2. Strong leadership and management qualities.
3. Experience with CQC regulations.
4. Passionate about the residents in the home.
5. Experienced in developing care plans and auditing.
6. Proven experience supervising and supporting care staff.
7. Ability to communicate professionally with visitors, including family and friends.
In addition, it is highly beneficial to demonstrate the following:
1. Excellent time management, delegation, and organisational skills executed effectively under pressure.
2. Exceptional listening skills, with compassion and empathy.
3. Act as a positive role model to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care.
4. Able to identify opportunities to build and maintain relationships within the community.
