Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within a new Maternity Tobacco Dependency Service, working at Queens Hospital Burton. We are looking to appoint a Tobacco Dependency Advisor to support the Maternity Tobacco Dependency Treatment Team. This is a unique opportunity to join a developing service, as well as support and contribute toward the existing Staffordshire Integrated Stop Smoking in Pregnancy Service at Everyone Health Staffordshire. This role is available full time or part time, and will be based at Queens Hospital, Monday Friday. This service may further develop with evening and weekend work. The Maternity Tobacco Dependency Advisor will be responsible for supporting maternity patients throughout Burton Hospital, to deliver Stop Smoking or Temporary Abstinence support, and providing personalised treatment plans, provision of pharmacotherapy and a discharge plan.
