Job Description:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop pitches to secure new contracts
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently
5. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
6. Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving revenue growth and increasing profitability
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
8. Strong understanding of the industry and market trends
