Core responsibilities
* Assisting with the processing of the weekly UK & IrishPAYE contractor payrolls including the day to day handling of queriesand communications with the FSG teams.
* Assisting with theprocessing of expenses. The role will require working with Excel, twoexpense systems – Concur and PeopleSoft, payroll system and variouscountry banking platforms.
* Assisting with the processing ofbenefits through the payroll including auto enrolment pension.
* Assisting with preparing payroll journals, finance reports,HMRC reconciliations and HMRC payments
* Assisting with reportrequest from the business
* Carrying out ad-hoc tasks asrequired by your manager.
