Salary:
From £56,000 dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
As a Business Relationship Manager you’ll provide engagement with the business, ensuring a close relationship exists between the Lines of Business and Functions
Understand business strategic direction, roadmaps, requirements, and challenges
Capture business demand and support/ facilitate business definition of requirements
Understand the forward view of business demand to feed into medium-term IM&T planning, e.g. contract technology release schedules
Assure and provide oversight of all IM&T delivery and presenting to Stakeholders of all levels within the business
Provide an IM&T interface for all IT matters – the customer face of IM&T the point of escalation for IM&T partners internally and externally
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to apply skills and knowledge to a wide range of complex problems
Demonstrable experience within a business relationship management role
Previous experience from a Manufacturing, Defence, It discipline or a large corporate environment
Desirable:
Qualification or equivalent in (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) ITIL, or extensive relevant experience
Application of Business Relationship Management (BRM)/Programme Engagement across multi-disciplinary organisations

The IM&T Team:
This position will provide you with a unique opportunity to represent IM&T in a leadership role within numerous functional area’s and programmes (Astute, Dreadnought and SSNA) engaging with the business at a strategic level and influencing the IM&T related direction. You will be working in partnership with this business area to ensure effective relationships between a number of Functions and IM&T are maintained, Strategic Investments are planned, and Critical Service issues are addressed as priority
