As they continue to expand in the UK and Ireland, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth, nurture key customer relationships, and support OEM machine tool builders while identifying new opportunities across multiple industries. The Role This position is an exciting blend of account management and new business development. You will be responsible for engaging with an established customer base while proactively seeking opportunities to introduce advanced engineering solutions to new clients. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing relationships with existing customers across the North West and Ireland. Driving new business opportunities with OEM machine tool builders and manufacturers in industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, medical, and precision engineering. Understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored solutions to optimize their manufacturing processes. Immersing yourself in the company’s processes and technical capabilities to become a trusted expert in their product portfolio. Working collaboratively with internal technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. The Person To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A track record of success in engineering-based sales, ideally within precision manufacturing, machine tools, or workholding solutions. Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities. The ability to understand complex engineering challenges and provide consultative solutions.
