JGA are partnered with a growing payroll function, seeking an experienced payroll professional, who can work in a busy and fast paced function.
Do you hold the following key competencies?
How to calculate a manual payslip
SSP knowledge
End to end experience processing
High volumes of payroll, across weekly deadlines
Good legislative knowledge
You are going to be able to work fairly independently and hit the ground running Main Responsibilities:
Full processing of weekly / monthly payrolls
Processing starters, leavers, and payroll changes
Administering Company Sick Pay and Statutory Sick Pay schemes
Administering the payment of deductions
Production of payslips
Production of the necessary records and documentation to ensure the timely and accurate payment of wages.
Production of reports to assist Functional and Garage teams
Perform control checks as necessary
Answering payroll related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Ensure payroll documentation is up-to-date
