About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide vital administrative and customer support to our Contract Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, working with key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare quotes for customers and assist with pricing queries.
* Update and maintain price files as required.
* Coordinate sample requests and ensure timely delivery to clients.
* Liaise with the Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Support general administrative tasks within the Contract Sales department.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* IT literate and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Previous administration experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with company systems, products, and procedures is desirable.
