Responsibilities
and Tasks
1. Set strategies for long term growth of products.
2. Influence product sales by identifying cross selling opportunities by working with the CDM to create new opportunities and win new business
3. Driving Pipeline conversion through the Customer Development Managers
4. Insure regular follow up of Product Sales Targets by Customer Development Manager
5. Insure regular contact with supplier
6. Increase intimacy of Caldic with Key Suppliers
7. Organise product training new launches and product refreshers
8. Arrange joints visits with Customer Development Managers.
9. Manage and negotiate contracts and ensure existing agreements are upheld
10. Responsible for the product inventory (level / stock rotation according to sales)
11. Develop sales pricing strategy for product groups, define price ranges
12. Check product cost benchmarking and optimize margins
13. Gather product-related market intelligence, e.g., competitive offerings & market trends using Innova and other options
14. Source new products to extend our product portfolio
15. Maintain Product Marketing Portal
16. Influence supplier strategies
