As a Community Psychiatric Nurse with NHS professionals, you'll be working a caseload of patients with one of our community services.
Main duties of the job
What you'll be responsible for:
* Act as an independent practitioner within a defined community setting, while liaising with other professionals as necessary.
* Manage a defined caseload and provide supervision to others as appropriate.
* Involved in providing a high level of safe and effective care.
* Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
* Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Liaise with other community service and multidisciplinary teams.
* Provide mentorship and support to others.
* The role will involve, but not be limited to, performing the above.

You'll need to have the following qualification/experience:
* A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role within the UK within the last 3 years.
* Nursing Qualification & NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.

Experience
* NMC Registration.
* 6+ Months Community Psychiatric Nursing experience within UK (NHS or Private Mental Health Provider) within the last 3 years.
