Description
* Manage assets and reports in Excel (pivot tables etc)
* Prepayments and accruals
* Liaise with suppliers for all purchases and payment needs.
* Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials.
* Create and analyse stock reports.
* Sage housekeeping - Manage purchase order report.
* Liaise between other internal teams within the business.
Profile
* AAT Level 4 (minimum)
* Highly Proficient with SAP/SAGE type order processing packages.
* Experience in administrative finance
* Accurate attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
* Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers.
* A reliable person who can work effectively as part of team.
