Due to maternity leave, Snape Contracting Ltd has an opportunity for a part-time Finance Assistant at our Stoke Orchard office.

About The Role:
Working within the finance team to provide support with a number of tasks including:
1. Producing sales invoices
2. Posting invoices on the purchase ledger
3. Checking prices on supplier invoices
4. Keeping credit request spreadsheets up to date
5. Checking monthly statements from suppliers
6. Providing general administrative support such as opening post, franking post, and answering the phones.
About The Person:
1. Attention to detail and ability to organise time effectively
2. Experience of working in an office-based environment is advantageous
3. Excellent team working skills
4. Flexible and adaptable
5. Knowledge of accounting is advantageous
