The Purpose:
As a Drinks Dispense Technician, you’ll play a key role in providing top-notch, cost-effective service for installing and maintaining Dispense Systems in the On-Trade. Your work will help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently across our operations!
This role is field-based, so a current UK Driving License is required. We are considering applicants living in the Swindon/Reading/Guildford postcodes.
Overall compensation package: £32,300 (inclusive of Variable Compensation and Call Out payment).
Additional earnings monthly:
* Standard Overtime rates (up to double time) for evening and weekend work
* Payments of £45 per call out during out-of-hours work
The Role:
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage equipment across various locations, keeping drinks flowing smoothly.
* Handling both planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
* Using tech like laptops and handheld devices for paperwork and reports.
* Working independently and being part of an on-call rota.
* Building relationships with customers and collaborating across teams to maintain standards, including health and safety.

* A skilled Drinks Dispense Technician comfortable with tech tools like laptops and other devices.
* Someone who can work independently, handle on-call shifts, and enjoys building positive relationships with customers.
