Your Role in the Hive
As one of our top bees, you’ll be responsible for keeping our hive running smoothly! You'll manage our domiciliary care service, ensuring our team of carers deliver outstanding, high-quality care while meeting CQC standards.
Your Buzzing Responsibilities:
Ensure our customers receive the best honey-sweet, high-quality care.
Lead and nurture our hardworking colony of care professionals.
Oversee care plans, safeguarding, and compliance – keeping everything in tip-top shape.
Keep the hive happy, motivated, and well-trained through support and development.
Manage risk, quality assurance, and service improvements to keep our standards sky-high.
Work closely with families, customers, and healthcare professionals.
Be ready to jump into action with on-call duties when needed.
What You Need to Join the Hive:
Essential:
Registered Manager status with CQC (or willingness to register).
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or willingness to work towards it).
Strong knowledge of domiciliary care regulations and best practices.
Proven leadership experience in a domiciliary care setting.
Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
A compassionate, bee-autiful approach to care.
Flexibility to work on-call as needed.
Desirable:
Experience in budget management and financial planning.
Knowledge of local authority contracts and commissioning.
Familiarity with digital care management systems.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
