Overview:
Are you looking for a new role in primary care or perhaps you are in a similar role and want to expand your skill set? Do you have an interest in our NHS, and can you see yourself supporting patients in primary care? Are you looking for an organisation who is passionate about people?
If so, then this opportunity may be perfect for you!
We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our fabulous, hard-working, and supportive team at Aspiro Derby. This is a new role in the organisation and is to help support the operational delivery of primary care services through our five sites in Derby City.
This role will play an integral part in our provision of high quality care, and here at Aspiro, we will give you the tools to thrive and communicate with our patients and staff confidently, starting with our induction program.
If you love the hustle and bustle of a busy workplace, enjoy working with people, and have experience of leading a small team, then please apply to join our lovely and highly skilled team of business professionals and clinicians. While previous experience of working in a healthcare setting would be great, do not let it deter you if you do not have it.

Caring for our patients is our top priority, and we deal with hundreds of queries every day. Our team is based in our Practice at Hollybrook Medical Centre, Sinfin Health Centre, Haven Osmaston Rd, Haven Keldholme Lane, and Parkfields Surgery. We deliver timely and accurate care to patients within Derby, signposting them to the most appropriate appointment or service for their needs. We are looking for a Site Team Leader for each site.
