MCS Group is currently working with a large retail company who are currently a large stakeholder in their current market based in Belfast, they are currently looking to add an IT Support Engineer to their team to reinforce the on site support function for the stores across the UK and Ireland. This person will be responsible for: Managing 1st & 2nd line service desk tickets, providing on site and remote support. Support Servers from 2008 to 2019 in physical and virtual environments. Supporting hardware and software across site (including printers, tablets, smartphones, and peripheral devices.) Supporting EPOS, Ecommerce, Sage and CCTV systems across the stores. Travel to different company sites across NI, UK and ROI to support on site installations, upgrades and maintenance Supporting Company applications including Microsoft Applications, ERP System, Telephony System. User admin for Office 365 (Setup and management). Requirements for the role: 2 Years + of experience working with a hands on End User or IT Support role. Experience supporting Windows Server 2008 to 2019 in physical, Azure, and VMWare environments. (2+ years) Experience Supporting Windows 10/11 (2+ years) Active Directory Group Policy and user and group administration. Previous experience working with LAN & WAN Networking.
