The Priory Learning Trust (Somerset Business Award winner for Employer of the Year) is looking to recruit an Assistant Operations Manager to work at Worle Community School – An Academy site in Weston-super-Mare, a five minute drive from the M5 junction, 2.9 miles from the beach, with strong public transport links.
The post holder will assist in facilitating the delivery of the school’s operational priorities under the leadership of the Academy Operations Manager (AOM), supporting the school to achieve excellence. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and at pace, supporting a wide range of operational aspects within the school. Areas of focus include finance, HR, estates and compliance, school trips, sustainability, administration, and Health & Safety.
What you will do to be successful here;
• Demonstrate excellent time management and effective organisation skills, strong communication skills, and be highly motivated.
• Be adaptable and able to work under pressure, with multiple priorities to manage.
• Support the AOM with the operational responsibility for Finance, Main Office, IT, HR, Estates and Health and Safety.
