ICT Technical Analyst -
CFRMIS Development Project
37 hours (Monday – Friday)
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) are seeking a dedicated Technical Analyst to join our team. This role will work on the CFRMIS (Community Fire Risk Management Information System) Development Project by providing technical support to ensure that the system can help us to make the communities of Nottinghamshire safer. Key Responsibilities
1. Support the ICT Project Manager with planning and implementing project workstreams.
2. Provide technical support to the CFRMIS project team and to end users.
3. Design, develop and maintain applications for CFRMIS.
4. Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, design documents and release notes.
Experience/Qualification
1. Thorough understanding of ICT technologies, hardware and software used within a multi-site business network environment.
2. Experience working with an ICT role in a medium multi-site organisation.
3. Proficiency in programming and web development and the capability to write code (including HTML).
4. Knowledge of SQL databases and experience with .NET Framework and related technologies.
5. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to respect the confidentiality of privileged information.
