Salary: £30,160 - £32,027 Per Annum Based on 35 Hours Per Week

What will you be doing as a Volunteering Strategy Project Coordinator?
* Assist in the development and execution of volunteer strategy projects.
* Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of volunteer programs.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
* Support the evaluation and enhancement of volunteer programs.
* Facilitate communication and engagement with volunteers and stakeholders.
To be a successful Volunteering Strategy Project Coordinator you will have:
* Volunteering and volunteer management including the development and implementation of innovative volunteer programmes and models.
* Project management experience.
* Excellent communication and social skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Willingness to travel and/or use technology to engage stakeholders.
* Passion for humanitarian work and community service.
* The ability to occasionally work outside of normal office hours.
* Loyalty to the values and mission of the British Red Cross.
