The Role
An opportunity exists at our Clients Stoke Cylinder Re-Test Facility working in the cylinder refurbishment area. Work will involve inspection and re-validation of industrial gas cylinders. Flexibility is a key requirement as you will be required to work in other areas as business demands.

It will be a 39 hour week Monday to Friday.
Requirements
Work will involve:
· cylinder, valve and pack inspection
· refurbishment and re-validation of both industrial and integrated products
· awareness and understanding of Health & Safety requirements
· fault inspections and escalations
· willingness and flexibility to take on other duties as required
Candidates will have:
· a minimum of City and Guilds in a mechanical discipline or NVQ equivalent
· a can-do attitude and the desire to work on your own initiative
· a positive and energetic attitude towards work

Previous experience of cutting and welding equipment is required.
Applications are sought from candidates with a recognised Engineering Apprenticeship, plus at least 5 years further experience in a recognised engineering discipline.
A forklift truck licence would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
