We are looking to recruit an Associate Solicitor to join our exceptional Private Client team based in Wolverhampton. Working as part of the Private Client team you will have proven experience in drafting Wills, Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate Administration. Previous private client experience is essential and you should have 6 – 8 years PQE. What the job involves: Managing and assisting on a varied caseload, advising clients on a full range of associated matters in the Court of Protection such as applications for the appointment of Deputies/Management of Property & Financial. Trustee Applications Liaising with IFAs in relation to the investment of Deputy Client funds and claiming Benefits from the DWP and local authority, as well as other day to day deputy file management. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. What we offer: Focused career development.
