Summary What you'll do Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, are seeking a Group Performance and Insight Analyst to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. NHG is committed to providing homes for lower-income households and reinvesting surpluses to tackle the housing crisis in London and the south-east. As the Group Performance and Insight Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that NHG delivers on its purpose, making a real difference to people's lives. How you'll do it Main responsibilities include: Delivery of robust performance information to the Executive Board and Group Board in the form of a performance framework. Provision of accurate data to the Regulator and external agencies, including the annual Statistical Data Return (SDR). Development of insight and analysis to support improvements for our residents, homes and places. Manage the Performance team to develop, deliver and validate a suite of core performance reports by Business stream, region and team. Ensuring the data produced by the team is accurate, clear and easy to understand and helps the businesses to drive improvement. Data literacy programmes of work Please note this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract. The role will be office based at least three days a week at our head office in Kings Cross.
