Spare Parts Manager - Permanent Hybrid role - Milton Keynes and Home based The role: We are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Manager for the UK. As Spare Parts Manager for the UK market, you will be part of the RE UK subsidiary team, under the Global Commercial Organisation, and report to Aftersales Manager, RE UK and functionally to Spare Parts Manager - IB. You will be responsible for defining and executing the spare parts business strategy and managing spare parts business goals for UK. You will work with cross functional teams of sales, services and marketing for delivering the business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Inventory management - RE UK: Plan(Demand) and Manage the spare parts inventory for Royal Enfield UK Spare Parts Warehouse to support channel partners needs. Coordinating with RE India spare parts team and Central Warehouse for order planning (periodic and emergency orders) and execution. Analysing the ageing stock of spare parts and taking proactive actions. Maintaining system to track the sales loss in lieu with parts non availability and necessary actions to reduce it Followup with the suppliers and factory on the timely supply of spare parts. Analysing parts movement in the warehouse and take appropriate actions on the Non/slow movement inventories. New Model parts serviceability before start of the sales ensuring the right parts, Right quantity of part availability in REUK Inventory to ensure the customer satisfaction Inventory management - Channel Partners: Strategizing and executing optimum inventory of spare parts to be maintained at dealerships. Monitoring spare parts inventory at dealership and ensuring parts availability as per plan. Maintaining the database on spare parts inventory, orders, etc and ensuring timely availability of accurate data all the time. Analysing the ageing stock of spare parts and taking proactive actions. Channel Partner support: Ensuring implementation of Spare Parts processes across the dealers. Managing Subsidiary and Dealer Spare Parts ordering process and managing internal processes for on time delivery of orders. Mentoring dealer employees on inventory management and supporting them in achieving optimum turnover rate. Imparting knowledge to dealers on new models and refreshing knowledge on existing spare parts on a time to time basis. Analysing dealer performance on spare parts and executing strategy for performance improvement. Conducting regular dealer meetings and visits to understand field issues related to spare parts and take appropriate action. Ensuring no vehicle is off-roaded due to spare parts issues. Support and guidance to dealers to improve spare parts sales through marketing activities Modify / update B2B tools (Dealer DMS) for effective usage by the dealers Spare parts business plan: Strategizing and achieving spare parts business revenue as per the business plan, including order receipts and execution. Benchmarking on going spare parts pricing in the market and updating the management for business decisions. Price walking of the new parts inline with the market competition Capture market intelligence, study the impact on business & make strategies Master Database Management and MIS preparation on parts business Spare Parts Retail Promotion - Initiatives and campaigns Etc.
