Responsibilities • Provide 2nd line support for IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution. • Assist with user account management, access control, and security configurations. • Support remote users and troubleshoot VPN and remote desktop issues. • Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology deployments. • Document solutions and maintain accurate IT support records. • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
