Intelligence & Control Room Manager We are looking for an Intelligence & Control Room Manager who has exceptional leadership skills that can manage the operation, which is operational 24hrs per day, 7 days per week. This is a full time permanent position, working 50 hours across Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 17:00 or as the business needs dictate. Candidates who have experience of managing crime statistics on criminal activity is desired along with a door supervisor license, CCTV license and a full UK driving license is essential for this role. Applications will only be accepted with a up to date CV Your Time at Work You will work managing a team covering the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, providing and reducing crime throughout, you will also: - Investigate all incidents and crimes that occur. - Crime trends and statistics of criminal offences on and around the park and report your findings. - Known and persistent offender information and plans for reduction. - Serious incident tracking and management. - Intelligence sharing with venues, partners and external agencies. - Develop and maintain working relationships with the Police, agencies and other venues. - Develop and maintain working relationships with the venues of QEOP and wider security network. - Collate and ensure detailed written reports are completed of all security incidents. - Provide oral, written briefings and presentations as appropriate when required to both venues and security personnel on current crime related issues in and around the park. You will also be responsible for the operations with the Control Room, which includes; - The management of the emergency alarm receiving centre. - Health, safety & welfare of staff. - Business continuity planning centered on the continued operation of the control room and grounds. - Venues, buildings and public space security and safety. - Leadership and direction to control room staff on duty to ensure all issues are dealt with correctly. - Management and support for out of hour functions. - Complete weekly and monthly audits on key activities and equipment within the control room. - Provide continued training and coaching to control room staff to enhance performance and provide job enrichment. - Review the performance and quality of control room staff on a monthly basis to achieve high performance standards. - Day to day management and rostering of staff, whilst maintaining levels. - Monitor and manage CCTV, radios and all systems to ensure they are fully functional at all times. - Any other reasonable request from the management team.
