First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) have an exciting opportunity for an Senior Caretaker to join our welcoming Neighbourhood Care team on a permanent basis. This role supports the delivery of our Caretaking and Cleaning services throughout our communities of Oldham.
You will spend your time ensuring our communal areas are kept clean and well-maintained by following a detailed schedule and specification. Joining our Neighbourhood Care team means you'll play a key role in helping our customers value their communal spaces.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate:
* Has a full UK driving licence
* NVQ in Facilities Management or equivalent
* Knowledge and experience of working outdoors in a large dispersed team
