The post holder will be required to work flexibly across the pathway including inpatients, outpatients, and community home link services to meet service needs.
With the development of this service, there may be the need for extended working hours, public holiday cover, and weekend working. Opportunities for continuous personal development (CPD) are encouraged with regular support, supervision, appraisal, and in-service training, as well as access to relevant external training. Support and education of students, junior staff, and support workers also form part of this role.
