One of my local government clients is currently recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 2:30pm.
Job Description:
1. Skilled in supervising/managing a team in a busy kitchen.
2. 300+ meals per day.
3. Proven knowledge of all legislation and hygiene procedures.
4. Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 required.
5. Proven customer service skills.
