We are looking for a casual Duty Officer to provide outstanding shift management and work in our vibrant town centre leisure facility at the Dolphin Centre. The role is to support cover for annual leave, sickness and events which will include early, late and weekend shifts.

The successful candidate should have experience of managing a team, are dynamic, able to work well under pressure and make quick decisions. We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication skills, exceptional levels of customer service and have a willingness to develop. The successful applicant will receive a comprehensive training program prior to starting the role. This will involve the implementation of emergency procedures, delivery of first aid, quality assuring standards, reactive performance management and managing health and safety for customers and staff.
