We are looking for a strong and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Directors and founder of this Private Equity business in the City.
Light support will also be required for 2 other members of the Senior Management Team.
Duties will Include:
1. Diary management (extremely busy diaries often with last minute changes)
2. Booking Meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
3. Answer switchboard (very quiet)
4. Restocking & replenishing office supplies and refreshments
5. Helping with IT and VC set up for meetings
6. Expenses
7. Liaising with ground floor reception to organise passes for visitors
8. Greeting visitors
9. Booking restaurants
Key competencies/skills required:
1. Experience within a Financial services company (preferred)
2. Organised
3. Judgement and problem solving
This EA must be happy to carry out private and personal duties which could include; liaising with Nanny's, booking family holidays, paying bills and coordinating house staff such as cleaners and gardeners.
This role will be based in the London office a minimum of 3 days per week and 2 days from home (subject to business needs, flexibility is required).
Hours are 09:00 - 18:00
