THE ROLE
MediaSense are looking for a Digital Consultant to lead the delivery of digital audit and
consultancy projects, alongside support on new business and product development.
In this role, key responsibilities will be varied because work is on a project basis &
problem-solving for clients on many different types of projects but can include:
* Leading digital performance audit projects for clients across multiple markets;
* Accessing digital platforms to identify strengths and weaknesses in digital media activity and making recommendations around best practice to drive improvement in efficiency and effectiveness through reports and stakeholder presentations;
* Visualising insights from the data using tools such as Tableau and creating a narrative around those insights;
* Supporting pitch management projects to help clients evaluate agency digital capabilities, propositions and process submissions;
* Advising clients on their data and technology strategy including recommendations around technology selection, KPIs and deployment;
* Working for a selection of clients as the digital subject matter expert and “account director”. In some instances you will lead the client relationship and project output, and in some cases you will be feeding into more senior MediaSense stakeholders;
* Supporting clients and leading internal stakeholders on internal and external operating model assessment and the implementation of key change recommendations;
* New business development.
THE ESSENTIALS
You are someone with:
* At least 8 years’ experience in either a media agency, digital consultancy or client environment;
* Deep expertise in paid digital media, specifically across Display, Programmatic, Paid Search and/or Paid Social;
* Strong project management skills & experience leading and delivering large projects or senior stakeholders;
* Confident presenter and communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders (internally and externally) while dealing with complex global organisations;
* A self-starter with a sense of autonomy, adaptability and initiative who is also able to work well independently and lead cross-functional teams;
* Good organisational and time management skills;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
* Passionate about media and making a change in our industry (you will be joining the team who pioneered the ISBA supply chain transparency study) and for delivering great work for clients;
* In-platform knowledge working with or assessing data from digital platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta, DoubleVerify, IAS etc;
* Ability to use reporting and analytical tools e.g. Tableau and Alteryx is desirable;
* Experience in ecommerce digital media buying platforms and participating and or running pitches (either agency or client side) is desirable.
