To receive and send documentation and e-mail as per policy To produce correspondence and other documentation as required. To photocopy, collate and distribute documentation as required. To check there is a high standard of cleanliness in all areas and assisting in maintaining and monitoring cleaning standards on the ward e.g. tidying of bed areas, conduct regular cleanliness audits and provide reports to the Ward Manager, assist in Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) inspections.
