About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external clients. You will troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line IT support to internal and external clients
* Troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
* Diagnose problems and implement solutions
* Document and escalate complex issues to the 3rd line team
* Maintain accurate records of all support interactions
* Continuously learn and develop your IT skills
Key Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of IT hardware and software
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with a ticketing system
* A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
