About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both professional and personal domains for a dynamic executive. This role requires a unique blend of professional discretion, adaptive problem-solving, and meticulous management skills. You will be working directly working with the founding team and provide support across various areas, such as: communication (internal and external), team management, data entry, finance, hiring, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Support:
- Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate business meetings, travel, and conference arrangements
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaise with business contacts and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for business projects
• Other - Admin Related Tasks:
- Coordinate personal schedules, appointments, and family logistics
- Manage household administration and personal errands
- Handle travel arrangements
- Manage personal correspondence and communications
Required Qualifications:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
• Flexible and adaptable working style

Compensation:
• Monthly retainer

Work Arrangement:
• Hybrid role - mainly in- person with occasional remote
