Agile Consultant – Business Transformation
Role: Contract with potential for permanent
Location: London (3 days a week)
Salary: circa £600-£700 per day (outside IR35)

My client is a leading consultancy striving to deliver Transformational Change and effective business outcomes. They have worked with a wide range of clients including Fortune 50 companies and government agencies. The global team comprises of Agile Consultants who have a proven track record of providing expert consulting and training services to enhance team success and achieve tangible results.
In this position, you will be a catalyst for change on projects focusing on implementing organisational change in an Agile way. You will be exposed to exciting, key public sector clients and the potential to work in collaboration with business leaders to see through their strategic vision. They foster a strong culture of authenticity, innovation and collaboration and value those who can demonstrate their commitment to the Agile principles.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a small team to ensure outcomes are delivered to a high standard
Provide strategic insights that are deliverable in an Agile way
Work hand in hand with another highly reputable consultancy
Ready to take the lead on the project when and if required
Ability to build strong relationships with client
Leading key meetings with senior client stakeholders
Desired experience:
Minimum Senior Manager level
Ideally 10+ years’ experience of Agile working and transformational change
Experience working within public sector bodies
Agile qualified would be beneficial
