In this pivotal role, you will support the Finance Controller and the wider team in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial processes. You will assist in a range of duties including invoice processing, month-end and year-end tasks, and support for the Finance Director and CEO. Key Responsibilities: Invoice & Financial Administration: Raise and process invoices, check sales and order books, and post job-related costs. Timesheet & Overtime Management: Review timesheets, process overtime requests, and ensure timely submission. Reporting & Query Resolution : Assist with financial reports, handle accounts and invoice queries, and support credit control tasks. Collaborative Support: Work with various teams, assist in ERP system implementation, and ensure adherence to company policies. Skills & Experience Required: Essential: GCSE qualifications, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, good communication, and organisational skills. Desirable: AAT Level 1 or studying towards, experience with timesheets and ERP systems. Proactive, organised, and resilient, with a problem-solving mindset and a drive for professional development.
