I'm looking to partner with experienced freelance Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialists to to work together on new freelance and contract opportunities. As a CRO specialist, your role is pivotal in driving digital analytics across al elements of the digital ecosystem by delivering actionable insights to enhance conversion rates and optimise media spend efficiency. As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst, you will: Analyse user behaviour across digital touchpoints using web analytics tools, and develop insights from data trends, user journey analysis, and customer feedback to identify potential optimisation opportunities Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of optimisation strategies. Create and maintain a testing roadmap based on data-driven hypotheses and business goals, and monitor test performance, interpret results, and provide recommendations for successful rollout or further testing. Funnel Flow Analysis: Deliver insights into the customer journey, with a focus on understanding and improving the conversion funnel, identifying drop-off points, and proposing solutions Feature Performance Measurement: Collaborate closely with the Digital Product team to assess the impact and success of newly launched digital features, using data to inform feature enhancements and future development You will need: 3 years of experience in Digital Analytics, and experience working in medium/large online businesses Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on website analytics and conversion rate optimization Proficiency in analytical tools and insights tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, conversion funnels, and customer journey mapping Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders Experience with A/B testing and a “test and learn” approach
