We now have the opportunity for a professional and passionate relationship builder to join us as a field based Mortgage Business Development Manager looking after Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire This position covers these postcodes MK, LU, SG, HP, AL and WD. The role is all about ensuring our Intermediary strategy is effectively promoted and we meet the needs of our intermediary partners. It very much works in partnership with our successful telephone team. Jointly (with your TBDM partner) working together and managing a group of Mortgage Intermediary brokers and firms, ensuring they get the best possible service and support from us. Developing and encouraging good, high quality mortgage business in line with our business plans and facilitating the on-going relationship with our Intermediary Panel of brokers and firms are key parts of the role. We have a clear passion to achieve good quality appointments and increase the quantity of submissions to help us grow within the intermediary market, but this isn't a sales based role, just purely building and supporting relationships, Representing the Society getting the best out of these relationships for all parties, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks, working in an engaging, consultative and collaborative way are also responsibilities.
