Change Manager
Do you want to work for a Global HR Services Outsourcing Company that focuses on Talent Management and Compliance?
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Benefits
Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland. You will likely need to travel to London and there will be some international travel. The international travel will be 1-2 times per year within EMEA and/or Asia.
The role:
* You will be focusing on SOP of their EMEA processes and procedures and technical documentation.
* Assessing changes to business processes, systems and technology, job role and organisational structures
* Change Management, Coaching & Training
* Collaborating across a globally distributed team, including a Lead BA, Business Owners and subject matter experts.
* They communicate asynchronously over Microsoft Teams and have 2 video meetings per week. These calls will be early morning or late at night.
* Flexible working is expected because of this. You can start earlier or finish later as long as the work is done! You manage your diary!

Your experience:
* A strong Change Manager with a proven track record in large-scale organisational change efforts spanning across 2-3 + years.
* Worked across EMEA and ideally globally
* A confident speaker with a proven track record with C-Suite Stakeholder management.
* Able to build relationships remotely.
* An executor who gets stuff done!
* Experience with Salesforce, HRIS or similar is highly preferred.
* Ideally hold ADKAR certification
Interview Process: 3 stages
1st Stage: Intro call with the Director of Professional Services
2nd Stage: Technical Call with the CTO, Project Manager and BA who are currently working on the programme
Final Stage: Cultural Add and Fit call with Senior stakeholders in the business.
