Job Title: Specialist Nanny

An exciting, dynamic and rewarding role available for a Specialist Nanny with proxy parenting experience to care for a fun, bright, and inquisitive little boy (5). This role includes overnight care.
Salary: £21.84 Weekdays, £22.50 Weekends, Gross per hour. £21,353.00 Gross per Annum.
Nearest Tube/Station: Falconwood Train Station
Driver Essential? Yes, essential. Automatic car for use whilst on duty.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 2 years+ of early years childcare experience.
2. Proxy parenting and/or sole charge experience.
3. This role is open to female applicants only.
Desirable: Experience supporting a client with a brain injury and/or additional needs.
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours:
1. Rolling rota:
2. Week 1 and 3: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3.30pm - 6.30pm, Saturday: 9.00am - 8.00pm (sleep in) 8.00pm - 6.00am, Sunday: 6.00am - 5.00pm.
3. Week 2 and 4: Wednesday and Thursday: 3.30pm - 6.30pm. School Holidays: Same shifts, but weekday start time: 9.00am - 6.30pm.
Accommodation: Nanny bedroom for use whilst on shift.
About the Client: Joshua, 5, is an adorable, creative, and fun-loving child who enjoys swimming, playing with cars, and problem-solving games. His parents share custody and both are registered blind, with Joshua's dad having sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury. Clear communication is essential in this role.
Overview of Role: Duties include picking Joshua up from his Mum's house, preparing snacks, engaging in activities, and following the bedtime routine. The morning will involve getting Joshua ready for school and driving him, his dad, and his PA to school.
