Main duties of the job

We are seeking an experienced health professional with excellent team working capabilities to join our team of Clinical Leads working within AACC.
You will act as a lead health professional for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), as defined in the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare (revised 2022) and will be expected to have particular responsibility for the management and oversight of CHC workstreams that underpin the delivery of our strategic objectives.
For this role we are looking for someone who has exceptional communication skills and can demonstrate expert knowledge and clinical assessment skills. You will be required to manage the daily challenges associated with leading a specialist team of clinical and support staff to deliver the highest level of care possible to our service users and their families.
