* Opportunities to grow within a business that values internal promotion and offers paths to senior leadership.
* Access to specialist training, leadership coaching, and qualifications to help you develop further.
As the Registered Manager, you’ll play a key role in establishing and running the home, ensuring that we provide the highest standards of care, compliance, and service delivery. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:
* Oversee the Ofsted registration process and ensure the home is fully compliant with all regulations and quality standards.
* Recruit, train, and motivate a team of dedicated care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and support.
* Implement personalised care plans to ensure each young person receives the support they need to grow, heal, and succeed.
* Work to ensure the home maintains ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings by driving continuous improvements.
* Oversee budgets, staffing, and operations to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Work closely with local authorities, social workers, families, and other agencies to provide the best outcomes for the young people in your care.
* Foster a home where young people feel valued, supported, and empowered.
What We’re Looking For:
* You’ve either been a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD residential childcare setting.
* You know how to motivate, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional care.
* A deep understanding of the Ofsted inspection framework and experience in achieving positive outcomes.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or a commitment to completing it.
* Confidence in managing budgets, staffing, and the overall development of the home.
* A commitment to delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care that promotes positive outcomes for young people.
This is your chance to lead a flagship service and make a genuine difference in the lives of young people. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the home while benefiting from strong support and investment from an award-winning provider.
