To provide a high-quality efficient administration and clerical service to the renal ward, staff, visitors, and patients.
Acting as first point of contact to service users, health care professionals, and visitors either on the telephone or face-to-face.
To facilitate excellent communication and the ability to relay confidential and sensitive information with other wards and departments involved in patient care.
To input data in a timely manner regarding all admissions, transfers, and discharges onto E’CAMIS.
Support of non-clinical workload e.g. audit and patient feedback and to be adaptable to work as is required by South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

* NVQ 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Disclosure and Barring Checks (DBS)
