What are our expectations:-
• Clean and conviction FREE driving license for a minimum 3 year
• Good English language etiquette
• Customer service minded and ready to help the elderly people
• Descent and presentable in formal wear (Uniform would be provided)
• Treat clients with dignity and respect
• Enhanced DBS must be either from the local council or from the HTSG (paid by the
candidate)
• Recent Medical and driving assessment tests
• Ready to get a Private Hire Driving license from the Southend City Council.
• Ready to follow the company guidelines as per the attached Employee hand book
• Maintain health and safety at workplace
• Safe driving
• Working in shifts (mutually agreed basis)
• Pay an insurance excess per year (can be paid by monthly installments)
• Maintain daily car log sheet
• Daily fuel, oil, air pressure, cleaning and hygienic check of the vehicle
