Recruiting for Internal Audit, Internal Controls, SOx and Enterprise Risk professionals
Birmingham City Centre; 2-3 days/week in the office
Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a household name in the media sector. Our client is a large and complex organisation with a global footprint and a very interesting profile from a risk management perspective. You will be joining a well-established team covering assurance, risk management and legal compliance, reporting to a highly regarded Head of Risk Management.
Key responsibilities will include the design, development and deployment of the strategic and operational risk management framework. You will use your stakeholder engagement skills to identify key risks the business faces, analyse and assess the severity of the risk and work with the business to mitigate against them. You will develop risk indicators and play a crucial role in the identification and mitigation of emerging risk factors. You will be accountable for the delivery of all Risk papers to Board level, Audit & Risk Committee and senior management.
Our client is looking for someone with training in the professional services sector and preferably some in-house risk management experience. You should be able to display a detailed understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and their function in a complex organisation. You must have very strong written and oral English, as report writing is a key deliverable for this role.
