Growth Support Lead
Hybrid - Solihull (2/3 days in the office per week)
Full time, Permanent
Salary - Up to £37,000 dependent on experience
We're looking for an individual to join our UK&E Growth team as Growth Support Lead. In this player/ manager role, you'll support colleagues across the Growth team in a variety of tasks within our new business and retention bidding and lead a small team of Growth Support Assistants.

You will need to have high attention to detail, be able to quickly grasp & assimilate complex information, be great at building relationships, and be comfortable working to strict deadlines. You will also need to have team lead/ supervisory experience.

As part of this you'll:
* Provide day to day supervision of the Growth Support Assistants, including allocation of tasks and training.
* Manage the framework and portal process, ensuring all customer updates and questions are acknowledged and responded to, within the given timeframe.
* Provide high quality support services to bids of varying scale and complexity (across UK & Europe) on either an individual or a portfolio basis.
* Assist in the creation, implementation and management of a project plan to deliver bid requirements on time and on budget.
* Support the day-to-day running of the bidding process through the provision of timely and effective administrative support.
* Support the Bid Managers in ensuring that appropriate governance is followed.
* Support Bid Writers in producing proposal documentation for submission to the Customer in accordance with project requirements.
* Format and compile bid documents and bid responses and ensure relevant outputs are created and collated.
What you'll need to do the role:
* Experience in a team lead/ supervisory or managerial role within a support/ coordination/ project or administration environment.
* Excellent communication skills - builds strong relationships within the team and across divisional boundaries. Possesses excellent written communication skills.
* Highly detailed, conscientious and delivery focused.
* Able to deal with sensitive information.
* Highly developed analytical, research, problem solving and project management skills.
* Excellent organisational ability with superior time management skills and the capacity to work independently to discharge tasks with initiative, responsibility and discretion.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Powerpoint & Excel.
* Experience or keen interest in AI tools would be an advantage.
* Demonstrates a flexible approach to work, is self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
