The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of an ERP Implementation Project within a complex and secure industry. This role requires someone with a strong background in ERP systems, acquisitions, and integration processes, who is confident working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering large-scale, complex ERP projects and must hold (or be eligible for) SC Clearance due to the nature of the work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive process improvements and system integration.
* Navigate relationships with stakeholders and build strong working relationships across different teams.
* Support the end-to-end ERP implementation, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
* Ensure smooth integration of ERP systems during acquisitions and organisational changes.
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to ensure user adoption.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide clear project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
